This one, for sure, closely followed by Siamese Dream. The songs are great, they are fantastically produced... they're an outburst of creativity. After that... well, I'm not that much of a fan of Mellon Collie, but it's not bad... Pumpkins just started to change from that album.

It's important to realize that their albums are all completely different from each other. Zeitgeist is definitely the weakest of their work but don't sell Adore and Machina short, they are also great albums in their own right. Adore is especially fantastic, it's just not a rock album. Though I do think hands down Siamese Dream is their best work.

If you look at most bands they all change some are album to album some are over segments of time. But if you look at KoRn and System of a Down are perfect examples. what causes this change just depends. it can be changing of the line up of band members or just growing older or just a change in muse... it just happens.

I have loved this song from the first time I heard it, back when it was new. I used to limit how often I listened to it so it would never get old for me. Seventeen-ish years later, it is still fresh and new.
